Suitable for making double density or two hardness sole for producing 'front-soft and rear-hard" sole or footwers etc. in PVC. forming or non-forming material or TPR.
Features:
- Specially designed double barrels permit different density of material injection simultaneously. It is a creative conception for producing "Front-soft and Rear-hard" soles for upgrading products value greatly.
- Special "C" type mold-clamping design offers high clamping force and protect products from burr.
- Suitable for all kinds thermo-plastic material in foaming and non-foaming, also recycled material can be used.
- Equipped with mold cooling circulation system, ensure products high quality and increase capacity.
- All majored mechanical actions, such as injection, material feeding, disk-rotation, mold-clamping etc. are controlled by program controller, which secures all proceeding actions perfectly.
